| | Right from the outset Transmedia742.Net decided that an absolute "must" for taking the company forward was to move into the field of DVD production, and this side of the business has grown rapidly. The launch of the new DVDemo service is the latest development in this aspect of the company, and is one which has aleady attracted huge interest. Aimed initially at providing bands and solo artists with a high - quality, affordable DVD featuring performance, interviews and technical information, the flexibility of the service means that it's not just limited to " up and coming " bands, but can cover the needs of " pro " artists too.
Other DVD projects covered so far include some six - camera "live" concert shoots, a whole range of product and training DVDs for clients such as Yamaha, Anglian Water, BT Mobile, Roland (UK ) Ltd and Panasonic, and a series of quick - time movies for broadcast straight to the net. The equipment we have installed in the suite at our Bedford base enables us to produce first - class broadcast quality work, and the addition of the digital animation software means that we can now compete with the leading digital production houses, but at extremely favourable rates. The conversion of part of our premises to a large soundstage means that we can now film bands in a totally controlled situation, even in front of a small audience if required, plus we can use the soundstage to create sets for corporate projects. We also supply video walls, projection and plasma screens for events, so we really can cover all of your presentation needs.
